How do i apply the Ambi fade cream on the spots do i put it over the area or just gently over the mark? please help and how fast does it work thanks

Hey so i have a lot of acne scars but no acne at all

and my scars are very smooth and when i touch my skin, its very soft and smooth

they’re not like those bumpy scars

will vitamin E help lighten the acne scars?

some of the scars are light and dark

If so, should i use vitamin E oil or vitamin E cream??
